Main Living Space
This is the main living space highlighted by a 65” television with surround sound. You’ll feel like you’re in a movie theatre while watching your movies and sporting events. You can open up the double doors to the screen porch for beautiful views of the wetlands.
Main Living Space - Seating Area
There is a large sectional couch so everyone can gather around in their pajamas and watch a movie. You can open the double doors out to the porch and enjoy the evening air.
Kitchen Island
The kitchen has a large island with 6 stools around it. This is a great spot to eat your breakfast in the morning, set up your laptop to do some work, or help cook the family meal.
Kitchen
There is a double oven, brand new dishwasher (2026), microwave, Keurig, and plenty of dishes to serve parties of 15 people or more.
Dining Table
This table seats 12 people comfortably. More if you like each other a lot! There is a bench on the far side of the table where you could squeeze in quite a lot of smaller children. This table is great for puzzles, games, and meals.

The large table is great for family meals, puzzles, and games.
Screened Porch - Table
A picnic-style table is available on the porch so you can eat bug-free while taking in the views of the pool and the wetlands.
Porch
This is arguably the best spot in the house. A large daybed makes this the perfect place to read or take a nap. There is additional seating and a table for playing games, setting your adult beverages, or putting your feet up. My Mom can be found here in the early mornings reading her book.
Loft Area
The kids rule the loft area! There is a TV, a table for games, a couch that pulls out to a bed, and privacy from meddling adults. This area is upstairs.
Master Bedroom - 1
This is the master bedroom on the main floor. There is a king sized bed, private bathroom, and a television. There is a large walk-in closet and the bathroom includes a walk-in shower.
Twin Bedroom - First Floor
We recently added a TV (not pictured) to this room. This has a bathroom connected to it and is a great room for anyone that doesn’t want to climb the stairs to the second floor.
Upstairs Master Suite - Queen Bed
This is arguably the best room in the house. The views out the window look out onto the wetlands. There is a TV on the wall in this room that is viewable from in bed. There is a private bathroom with a large walk-in shower.
King Bed - Upstairs
This room is connected to a jack-and-jill bathroom that is shared with the Bunk room. Parents who want to keep an eye on their smaller children can use this room and have some separation from their kids. There is a TV on the wall in this room.
Bunk Room
This room is upstairs. There is a trundle bed below the bed on the right. This is a great spot for siblings, cousins, or friends to sleep. We added a TV (not pictured) in the right-hand corner.
Twin over Double Bunk Room
The bed in the foreground has a trundle under it that pulls out so you could sleep 5 people in this room. There is a private bathroom with a bathtub and sink. Stream your favorite shows from the TV. This is a great room for a pack of kids!
Pool - Taken from Screened Porch
The pool has a 5 foot deep end and has benches around the edges so you can sit and relax. There are new (2026) lounge chairs and two round tables for eating, playing games, or serving food from.
Pool - Lounge Chairs
The lounge chairs are new (2026). They adjust and are very comfortable.
Pool - Welands
The pool backs up to the wetlands. You can see all kinds of birds like Herons, and maybe a turtle if you’re lucky!
Pool - View up to Screened Porch
You can see the stairs up to the screened porch from here. The wetlands back up to the pool so you have total privacy.
Grill
Grill out right outside the pool area and serve your guests as they lounge around the pool.
Wetlands from Watermark
If you walk north to Watermark, the neighborhood next to ours, you’ll find a small boardwalk that leads to a floating kayak launch. You can’t use it for that, but it is a great place to walk and view the wetlands up close.
Sunset Over Rehoboth Bay
Drive north towards Rehoboth Beach and you can catch amazing sunsets. This is over Rehoboth Bay just before you arrive in Dewey Beach.
Walking Trail
If you hop the fence at the end of the cul-de-sac, you can access miles of trails that meander through the wetlands and into Ocean View. They are quiet, peaceful, and gorgeous.
Turtle Number 1
If you are sitting by the pool, you might here some rustling in the marsh. If it is a constant sound, then it is likely a turtle making their way through the wetlands. Birds make a lot of noise, too, but if you catch a persistent rustling, it is usually a turtle.
Turtle Two
This is a snapping turtle that I found wandering behind the house. I was doing some work in the garage and heard a persistent rustling sound and found her (or him).
